Welcome to Paternity Testing Solutions. By scheduling, purchasing, or participating in any of our DNA testing services, you agree to the following

Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, website, or scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.


If you do not agree, do not use our services.



2. Description of Services


Paternity Testing Solutions provides DNA sample collection services for:


  • Paternity testing
  • Maternity testing
  • Sibling and family relationship testing
  • Immigration DNA testing
  • Prenatal DNA testing
  • Deceased DNA testing
  • Other relationship DNA testing services


We partner with AABB-accredited laboratories to process all DNA samples.


We do not perform laboratory testing in-house.



3. Legal vs. Informational Testing (CRITICAL NOTICE)


Legal DNA Testing (Court-Admissible)


  • Requires strict chain-of-custody procedures
  • Includes verified identification of all participants
  • Results may be used for legal purposes such as court, immigration, or child support



Informational (Non-Legal) DNA Testing


  • Does not follow chain-of-custody procedures
  • Is not admissible in court
  • Is for personal knowledge only



4. Chain of Custody & Identity Verification


For legal testing:


  • All participants must present valid government-issued identification
  • Samples are collected and documented by trained professionals
  • Chain-of-custody procedures are strictly followed


We are not responsible for:


  • False identification provided by participants
  • Misrepresentation of relationships
  • Third-party interference or fraud


5. Accuracy of Results


All DNA testing is performed by AABB-accredited laboratories with high scientific accuracy.


However:


  • Results are based solely on the samples provided
  • Accuracy depends on proper collection and participant honesty
  • No guarantees are made regarding outcomes


Paternity Testing Solutions does not guarantee any specific result.



6. Results Disclaimer


DNA test results:


  • Are scientific findings based on submitted samples
  • Should not be interpreted as legal advice
  • Should not replace professional legal or medical consultation


Clients are responsible for how results are used, interpreted, or shared.



7. Results Release Policy


Results are released only to authorized individuals listed on the case.


We do not release results to:


  • Unauthorized third parties
  • Verbal requests without verification


Valid identification may be required before release.



8. Payment Policy


  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated
  • Pricing is subject to change without notice
  • Services are not initiated until payment is received


Results may be retained for a limited period for authorized access and are not guaranteed to be permanently available.


9. Refund Policy


All sales are subject to the following:


  • No refunds after sample collection has been completed
  • No refunds once laboratory processing has begun
  • Missed or rescheduled appointments may be subject to fees


Refunds, if approved, are issued at the sole discretion of Paternity Testing Solutions.



10. Privacy & Confidentiality


We take your privacy seriously.


  • All client information is handled with strict confidentiality
  • DNA samples and results are processed by third-party accredited laboratories
  • Information is only shared as required to complete testing services


We do not sell or distribute your personal information.


However, we may disclose information when required by law.



11. Third-Party Laboratory Disclaimer


Paternity Testing Solutions is a sample collection service.


All DNA analysis is performed by independent, AABB-accredited laboratories.


We are not responsible for:


  • Laboratory processing delays
  • Laboratory errors
  • Result interpretation beyond provided reports



12. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law:


Paternity Testing Solutions shall not be liable for:


  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Emotional distress resulting from test outcomes
  • Legal, financial, or personal decisions made based on results


Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service.



13. Indemnification


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paternity Testing Solutions from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from:


  • Misuse of results
  • False information provided
  • Unauthorized testing or consent issues



14. Consent Requirements


By using our services, you confirm:


  • You have legal authority to participate in testing
  • Proper consent has been obtained for all participants
  • For minors, a legal guardian has provided authorization


Failure to obtain proper consent is the responsibility of the client.



15. Mobile Service Disclaimer


For mobile DNA collection services:


  • Environmental conditions may vary
  • Travel delays may occur
  • Access to participants must be properly arranged


We are not responsible for delays caused by:


  • Client scheduling issues
  • Incomplete participant availability
  • Location restrictions



16. Appointment Policy


  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance
  • Late arrivals may require rescheduling
  • No-shows may result in fees



17. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction


All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Texas.


You agree that:


  • Texas law governs these Terms
  • Venue is exclusively in Texas



18. Changes to Terms


We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.


Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
