Refund Policy – Paternity Testing Solutions

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.


1. General Policy

Due to the nature of DNA testing services:


 All sales are considered final once service has begun.




Non-Refundable Situations


No refunds will be issued if:


  • Samples have been collected
  • Laboratory processing has started
  • Results have been completed or delivered
  • The client selected the wrong test type
  • The client changes their mind after service begins



Turnaround Time & Delays


All turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees.


Delays caused by laboratory processing, shipping, or additional testing do not qualify for refunds.



3. Appointment Cancellations


  • Cancellations must be made in advance
  • Missed appointments may be subject to fees
  • Same-day cancellations may not be eligible for refunds




4. Rescheduling Policy


We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule appointments.


However:


  • Availability is not guaranteed
  • Additional fees may apply




5. Mobile Service Fees


Mobile service fees are non-refundable once travel has begun.


Delays or inability to complete service due to location issues, participant availability, or environmental conditions do not qualify for refunds.



6. Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases)


Refunds may be considered only if:


  • Service has not been performed
  • No sample has been collected
  • No lab processing has begun


All refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Paternity Testing Solutions.



H7. Processing Time


Approved refunds may take:


  • 5–10 business days to process
  • Additional time depending on payment provider




8. Chargebacks & Disputes


Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may:


  •  Result in denial of future services
  • Be contested with documentation




9. Service Errors


If an error occurs due to our service:


  • We may offer a retest or correction
  • Refunds are not guaranteed




10. Refusal of Service


If service is refused due to failure to meet requirements (including identification, consent, or safety concerns), refunds are not guaranteed.
